We have been using and relying on Dealer-Mate for a year now.It proved to be the right choice and a great management tool for our entire business covering all aspects of our daily workflow such as deal desking, forms printing, inventory management, parts & service and accounting.
It is a fully integrated, turn-key solution. We particularly like the QuickBooks accounting Interface feature that completely eliminates all of our manual entries and the cloud application allowing all 3 users to securely access and run the entire Dealer-Mate suite remotely over the Internet using PC or MAC or any mobile device.
No need for backups or maintaining our own expensive servers and relying on local IT service. Support is always prompt and practically instantaneous. We never get a voice message or unanswered email. We would recommend this product to any dealer!

I switched to Dealer Mate with some trepidation that I would not receive the needed monthly support without paying for the monthly support. I could not have been more wrong. The transition to the new system was smooth and seamless. No matter what the question is I can just send an e-mail and you immediately respond and rectify the problem. Your product works very well with QuickBooks, integration is very easy and no training is required. Our service and parts department is on Dealer/mate as well and they are very happy too.
